Our workshops are interactive, fun and rewarding. It is a great way to learn how you appear to others and to receive a variety of opinions and suggestions in a caring and safe environment. We will review resumes, conduct mock interviews, practise interview skills training including confidence building exercises, behavioral questions and provide personal presentation pointers.
This is a jam packed half day of information and each participant will learn from the opinions and impressions of the group, gaining insight as to how they appear to others. You will gain confidence in yourself and achieve a sense of pride in your ability to communicate your strengths and to answer difficult behavioural questions in a calm and self-assured manner.
Our coaching workshops are delivered in a small group format of 3-7 like minded participants. You will fill in an online questionaire prior to your session that will allow us to get to know you better and to become familiar with your goals and aspirations. As Human Resources professionals we will concentrate on what the interviewer will be expecting from a candidate and how you can best present yourself as a top candidate.
